![]() ![]() As the very beginning reminds us, Jason Bourne (or rather David Webb, his real name which I totally forgot about - seriously!) has remembered everything about his past and how he became the super agent we all know. However, those action scenes and Matt Damon are the only sense of Bourne that we get, unfortunately. Being a Bourne film, you gotta have quick kinetic action scenes too, amirite? Luckily, there are a couple really cool scenes that are truly exciting and shot in classic Greengrass shaky-cam, bringing back the feeling that yes, Bourne is back. Joined by Alicia Vikander, Tommy Lee Jones, Julia Stiles, Vincent Cassel, and Riz Ahmed, we really have a great cast here. ![]() As a fan of the series, I was stoked to see Matt Damon come back to the big screen as Jason Bourne, as well as the return of director Paul Greengrass, who did “The Bourne Supremacy” and “The Bourne Ultimatum.” After almost a decade away, it was really cool seeing them team up again to continue with this awesome franchise. ![]()
